The complaint must be presented within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, counting from the date the User becomes aware of the facts, and registered in the information systems of Driftperformance, Unipessoal, Lda., which must decide the complaint and notify the interested party within the maximum period 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer can use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the alternative consumer dispute resolution entities listed.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

9. Product and Price Information

Product information, including descriptions and prices, is provided in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

10. Warranty
The articles sold by Driftperformance Unipessoal LDA are protected by the legal guarantee regime. If you detect any anomaly or damage caused by the transportation of the ordered item, we ask that you contact our customer support via the email address info@driftperformance.pt. Furthermore, all articles in the Driftelement line are covered by a 2-year warranty.
