Driftperformance Unipessoal LDA fully respects consumers' right to exchange and return products, in accordance with applicable Portuguese legislation.
1. Right to Free Resolution
Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract within 14 days of receipt of the product, without the need to indicate any reason.

If the customer wishes to exchange any of the items, this is only possible by choosing another item from the store, of the same value or higher. Returned items must be without any signs of use, as well as their packaging.

- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with no signs of misuse or damage.
- The customer must keep the original packaging of the product.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product, except in cases of defective products or products sent in error.
- Driftperformance Unipessoal LDA reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
4. Refund
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the amount paid by the customer, in accordance with the terms established in Portuguese legislation.

5. Refund Term
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Free Resolution
According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the right of free resolution does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
